The 4lessburnout Open Digital Tool
This resource serves as a dynamic tool for social practitioners to assess their stress levels and burnout risks. With user-friendly interface and insightful data, the tool empowers professionals to gain a deeper understanding of their well-being, facilitating proactive measures to address stressors.
The self-assessment tools have been tested with social practitioners at national level in all partner countries, and it will be available to the general public shortly.

Building Professionals' Capacity To Cope With Burnout – an interactive training
Acknowledging the significance of improving professionals' abilities to manage burnout, we are currently in the process of developing our interactive training modules. These sessions not only provide valuable insights into the dynamics of stress but also equip social practitioners with practical tools to build resilience.

- 6 modules covering the following themes: burnout in-depth, factors intrinsic to the job, role in the organisation, career development, relationships at work, organisational structure and climate.

The Self-Care Toolkit and Resiliency Guide
Our third main result, the comprehensive self-care toolkit and resiliency guide is also under development. Its aim is to assist professionals in navigating the challenges of their roles. Focused on both preventive and reactive strategies, these resources will provide practical tips, coping mechanisms, and self-reflection exercises.

Partners meeting in Dublin
The last partners’ meeting took place between 16-17 January in Dublin. Among the topics discussed during the meeting were the project progress review - partners reviewed the progress of each work package and identified areas where adjustments may be needed to stay on track with our timeline. Upcoming milestones: partners highlighted upcoming milestones and deadlines, ensuring that everyone is aware of their responsibilities and timelines.

The 4LessBurnout second training
The 2nd joint short-term staff training event will take place in Athens, Greece between 15-19 April and will gather 28 participants who will share knowledge, ideas and experiences on occupational stress and burnout. The training will include study visits that will enhance knowledge and experiences about managing stressors. |
