Job Platform Specifications for Soft Skills Self-Assessment

Status: In progress

Our team is actively working on the specifications for the Job Platform aimed at facilitating soft skills self-assessment. Partners have conducted validation workshops to ensure the platform meets the needs and expectations of our users. These workshops were crucial for refining our approach and ensuring the final product is both effective and user-friendly.

Soft Skills for Employment – Course Portfolio

Status: In progress

We are excited to announce the completion of the Soft Skills for Employment course portfolio! This milestone was marked by a successful training conducted by our partners in Hungary. Next, we will be rolling out pilots in our partners' countries, bringing the course to professionals working with PCWA.
Additionally, we will be implementing co-production workshops.

Duration
  • approx. 2 hours 
Participants
  • Social professionals: social workers, psychologists, job placement workers, educations, trainers, coaches, mentors, facilitators of personal and social learning paths
  • People with changed working ability – preferably having experience at a workplace
Goals
  • to deepen the understanding of the use of soft skills at a workplace
  • to diagnose the needs and expectations of the target groups at the workplace

Partners’ meeting in Athens and upcoming events

On the 9th and 10th of April, the WORKABILITY partners met in Athens – Greece for a 2 day meeting, hosted by XENIOS POLIS. We discussed the progress of the project and scheduled the final steps before its completion at the end of October 2024.
