Hello!
As we bring the WorkAbility project to a close, we’re proud to reflect on the strides made toward a more inclusive labor market. This journey has been about creating meaningful change—designing resources and tools that break down barriers and open doors for adults of all skill levels and abilities. Our partnerships and shared vision have laid the groundwork for lasting impact, supporting diverse talents across Europe and fostering environments where everyone can thrive and contribute their unique strengths to the workforce. |

Increased awareness and understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals with disabilities in the workplace.
Innovative tools and resources
One of the standout outcomes of the project has been the development of online tools and resources for both employers and employees. These resources include accessible training materials, templates for inclusive hiring practices, and tools to support workplace accommodations.
Fruitful collaborations
Through various collaborative efforts, we’ve focused on fostering meaningful exchanges to help build stronger, more diverse teams, improving both team dynamics and productivity.
The WorkAbility training
The last three-day training seminar (Learning Teaching Training Activity - LTTA) of the WORKABILITY project took place in September, in Lisbon, Portugal. During these days, study visits and interactive activities were conducted to promote the skills of individuals with disabilities in the workplace.
